Prospect: "I'm calling about your property for lease. How much is the rent?"
Dylan: Which property?
Prospect: "Wait a second .... On 50th street ... I think it's a duplex"
Prospect: "How big is it?"
Dylan: "1200 square feet. It's a good roomate setup and includes a private laundry room with washer and dryer. When do you want to move?" ....
Most calls take 2 to 5 minutes. So, let's do the math: 3 Minutes a call X 50 calls = 150 minutes (2.5 hours)!
That was what it was like pre 2010. Since that time he hasn't even put a phone number on the sign for any of his rentals!
